Youth Programs Assistant Summer Camp Counselor

The assistant will lead, mentor, and supervise elementary to middle school campers, assisting the summer camp counselor with their assigned group of children. Essential duties include promoting educationally and developmentally-Stimulating programs while ensuring the safety and security of all campers at all times.

Candidates must be able to commit to the full summer camp season from may 25 to august 7 and be at least 16 years old, with a high school diploma recommended. Physical requirements include standing, moving, bending, and quickly responding to emergencies while working calmly in potentially warm or noisy outdoor conditions.
