Registered Nurse (RN) - Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Life Center - Laurens, PRN, Days

The role involves delivering comprehensive services that bridge clinical and self-Management aspects of diabetes and cardiometabolic care across all settings, acting as an integral part of the interprofessional team. This includes providing person-Centered care and education conducive to behavior change, optimizing quality care, and promoting self-Management to achieve individualized goals.

A minimum requirement is an associate degree in nursing, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with one year of clinical experience, preferably with diabetic patients. Candidates must hold a current rn license and either possess or be eligible for the cdces or bc-Adm certification within three years of hire.
