Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for planning lessons and executing the developmentally appropriate curriculum while ensuring a safe and structured learning environment for preschool children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Responsibilities also include planning daily lessons supporting growth and communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate's degree or a minimum of a cda, along with at least one year of experience in licensed childcare. Essential requirements include flexibility, strong organizational skills, commitment to professional development, effective decision-Making, and current first aid/Cpr training.
