Teacher Preschool SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities include formalizing weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, determining student performance through assessments, and planning activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children. The teacher will also train assistants, meet with parents, and attend mandatory school meetings.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with elementary education being preferred, and ideally have montessori experience and namc certification or willingness to obtain it. Effective and professional communication with parents, experience in lesson planning, and the ability to multitask in a changing environment are also required.
