Assistant Teacher: Summer Camp

Assistant teachers are responsible for directly supporting the lead teacher in executing daily lessons and carrying out the curriculum for preschool children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. They must also communicate professionally with parents and staff while ensuring a safe and structured learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a cda or childcare-Related degree being preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Essential requirements include being flexible, having strong organizational skills, commitment to professional development, and current first aid/Cpr training.
