Seasonal/Summer Member Organizer

Organizers will work with field staff to implement local plans, focusing on canvassing, phone banking, member enrollment, and leader identification while meeting daily reporting deadlines. They are expected to apply acquired skills to support their local union, especially during new member orientation at the start of the school year.

Candidates must be current mta members with access to reliable technology and proficiency in digital platforms, possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. A personal vehicle and valid driver's license are also required for this role.
