The role involves providing direct therapeutic services to students both in schools and the community, facilitating individual, group, and family counseling sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with school staff and families, conducting ongoing assessment and treatment planning, and ensuring accurate documentation to meet billable hours.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, along with active ohio licensure as an lsw, lisw, lisw-S, lpc, or lpcc. Experience working with youth up to age 18 is preferred, and a commitment to making a difference in young people's lives is essential.
