The Group Therapy Lead is responsible for delivering therapeutic support through group therapy and crisis management strategies. This role includes developing treatment plans and collaborating with partners to ensure quality care.
The Group Leader is responsible for delivering direct therapeutic support to clients through evidence-based interventions, group therapy facilitation, and crisis management strategies. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a therapeutic environment, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the highest quality of care. The position also emphasizes adherence to organizational standards, timely clinical documentation, and active participation in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.
