Family Support Specialist

The family support specialist will lead one-On-One and group education and support programming for refugees and vulnerable populations, focusing on topics like positive parenting and women's empowerment. This role also involves providing case management services such as childcare navigation, supervised visitation, and linking families to essential external services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field, along with at least one year of client-Facing experience, preferably working with refugee or immigrant populations. Fluency in english and at least one additional common language in the wny immigrant community, preferably swahili, is required.
