Care Coordinator-Workforce (NJC)

This role involves facilitating job readiness workshops, establishing employer partnerships, coordinating community engagement, and performing case management including barrier removal services.

Candidates need a b.a./B.s. Degree or four years of related experience in areas like staffing, recruiting, or employment coaching, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with marginalized residents. Essential qualities include excellent communication, self-Motivation, effective time management, and competency with technology platforms like microsoft office and salesforce.
