Academic Coach- SYAEP

The academic coach will develop and maintain positive relationships with an assigned group of students, focusing on guiding them toward academic success through daily sessions covering character building, academic, and socio-Emotional skills. Responsibilities also include providing one-On-One and small group coaching, monitoring progress, preparing workshops, and tracking student performance.

Candidates need a minimum of 1 year of college, with a bachelor's degree preferred, or one year of relevant experience working with youth in educational settings. Essential abilities include demonstrating three teaching modalities (Visual, auditory, tactile), strong cross-Cultural communication, and a commitment to promoting youth development and social change.
