Summer Bridge Academic Coach

The academic coach will serve as the main point of contact for an assigned group of students, focusing on guiding them toward program success by supporting lessons and assisting the coca teacher with materials and facilitation. Responsibilities include providing one-On-One and small group academic coaching, monitoring progress on academic, personal, and career goals, and tracking attendance and performance.

Candidates need a minimum of 1 year of college, with a bachelor's degree preferred, or one year of relevant experience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse youth in a classroom setting. Essential qualifications include strong cross-Cultural communication skills, patience, diplomacy, the ability to collaborate with teachers, and a passion for mentoring young people and promoting youth development.
