Registered Nurse (RN) - Educator / Operating Room (OR) (Days) Pittsfield, MA

The role involves providing excellent patient care by assisting in the collaboration, development, implementation, and reporting of the case management program, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities also include leading care coordination, monitoring resource utilization, and focusing on complex patients, frequent emergency department utilizers, and coordinating transfers to tertiary centers.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of current registered nurse educator experience in the perinatal field, specifically requiring high proficiency in educating operating room circulation for c-Sections; straight labor & delivery rns will not be considered. Required certifications include active american heart association bls, acls, and nrp, along with a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) or higher.
