Staff educator rn - $5000 sign on bonus

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, documenting, and evaluating all educational programs, including on-The-Job training for the nursing department. The role plays a key part in assimilating new employees, ensuring timely and thorough competency completion, and coordinating follow-Up actions.

Candidates must maintain a current and valid registered nurse licensure in massachusetts and be responsible for scheduling and developing mandated in-Service trainings. Key duties include coordinating new employee orientation, teaching safety practices, acting as an educational resource, and coordinating yearly competency testing for nursing staff.
