Part-Time Floating Assistant Teacher

The floating assistant teacher will support lead teachers across all classrooms by assisting with transitions, dismissal routines, and maintaining classroom management and safety compliance. This role involves engaging children in appropriate activities and ensuring positive interactions throughout the afternoon shift.

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of verifiable experience working in a licensed daycare center, including experience with multiple age groups like toddlers and/Or preschool. The ideal candidate must be comfortable moving between classrooms, quickly adapting to different routines, and consistently maintaining professionalism and calm energy.
