The Learning Experience of Middletown is seeking an experienced, dependable, and adaptable Part-Time Floating Assistant Teacher to support multiple classrooms each afternoon.
This is not a substitute position. This is a consistent, structured role requiring professionalism, flexibility, and confidence across age groups.
Our Floating Assistant supports Infants all the way to Preschool classrooms during the busy afternoon hours, helping maintain structure, supervision, and smooth transitions.
Experience Requirement (Mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare center
Experience working with multiple age groups (toddlers and/or preschool)
Strong understanding of classroom routines and child development
Only applicants with verifiable daycare experience will be considered.
