Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead preschool teacher will be responsible for leading and managing a structured preschool classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and supporting early literacy, math, and social-Emotional development. Key duties also include maintaining a safe and compliant environment, tracking student progress, and communicating professionally with families.

Candidates must possess qualifications such as a cda (Preschool), current enrollment in an early childhood education program, or an associate’s degree in early childhood education, with prior licensed daycare experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must understand curriculum planning, thrive on structure and routine, and take the responsibility of preparing children for kindergarten seriously.
