Toddler Lead Teacher

The lead toddler teacher will be responsible for leading and managing a structured toddler classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment. Key duties also include tracking developmental milestones, supporting social-Emotional growth, and communicating professionally with families.

Candidates must meet one of the specified educational qualifications, such as a cda (Infant/Toddler), current enrollment in an ece program, or an associate’s degree in early childhood education. Prior experience in a licensed daycare setting is strongly preferred, and the ideal candidate must understand the foundational importance of the toddler years and thrive in a structured environment.
