The assistant coach will collaborate closely with the head coach to support all program aspects, including developing practice plans, providing instruction for skill enhancement, and assisting with recruitment efforts. Responsibilities also include monitoring academic progress, analyzing game performance, managing team logistics, and ensuring ncaa compliance.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sports management or physical education and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
