The teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where toddlers feel supported and excited to explore using the TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum through hands-on activities. Daily duties also include supporting toddlers in building independence, guiding positive social interactions, and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with families.
The ideal candidate should be naturally energetic, patient, and nurturing, with a genuine love for the toddler stage and its milestones. While experience in early childhood education is a plus, the essential requirements are a caring heart and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
