Employment Coach

The employment coach provides direct support, coaching, and training to individuals seeking employment, focusing on aligning services with personal goals and promoting independence through identifying natural supports and enabling technologies. Responsibilities also include monitoring service delivery for fidelity and compliance, collaborating on support plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least six months of related experience, and must maintain a valid tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications or experience in supported employment, and obtaining the training resource network certification is required.
