Direct Care Staff Brigid's Crossing

The direct care staff is responsible for assisting, overseeing, and instructing residents with parenting skills and activities of daily living. They ensure a safe and positive living environment while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Candidates must have an associate's degree and three years of experience working with adolescents in a similar environment. Current cpr and first aid certifications, along with strong organizational and communication skills, are also required.
