Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff

The awake overnight direct care staff provide overnight supervision and support to young parent families, ensuring safety and security during overnight hours. They conduct hourly bed checks, transport parents to appointments, and assist in developing parenting and daily living skills.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate degree with three years of relevant experience. Current cpr and first aid certification, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, are also required.
