Counselor

Essential functions include planning and coordinating program events, leading recreational activities, and ensuring participant compliance with program rules.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus one year of college coursework in a social science or education field, along with volunteer or work experience with youth. Required competencies include strong communication, ethical conduct, organizational skills, and the ability to implement behavioral interventions with fidelity.
