GA: Diving Coach Graduate Assistantship

The graduate assistant will assist the head coach by providing academic support, motivation, and monitoring the academic progress of student-Athletes from current coursework through graduation. This role also involves helping the head coach develop and distribute appropriate recruiting materials and information to prospective student-Athletes.

Applicants must be a le moyne college graduate student and hold a bachelor's degree, possessing excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in conducting collegiate-Level men's and women's swimming and diving programs.
