Core responsibilities
The speech-Language pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments of student communication abilities, including speech, language, voice, and fluency, and provide targeted, evidence-Based therapy. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing individualized education plans (Ieps) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student growth.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in speech-Language pathology, asha certification (Cfy or ccc), and current state licensure or eligibility. A minimum of two years of experience, preferably with school-Aged children, and knowledge of k-12 special education requirements are necessary.
