The teacher will participate in team planning and implementation of program activities, collaborating with various staff members for classroom and family betterment. Responsibilities also include guiding children's activities, ensuring appropriate discipline, maintaining required ratios, and managing required documentation.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with a Gateways Level 4 Infant-Toddler credential, or equivalent credits/degree combination. Additional requirements include reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and passing background/health checks.
We are now hiring for a full-time Infant Toddler Teacher to join our North Children's Center Team!
$2,500 Signing Bonus for first time employees with MFS! ($500 on or around the 2nd paycheck, $1,000 after completing six months of employment, and final payment of $1,000 after 1 year of employment)
The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $42,000 and $45,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
