Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead preschool teacher will guide the classroom experience, support assistant educators, and create an engaging, play-Based environment focused on social-Emotional development. Responsibilities include designing daily schedules, encouraging child choice and problem-Solving, and maintaining quality standards aligned with ecers.

Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and possess experience in an early learning center, demonstrating a passion for working with preschool-Aged children and play-Based learning. Required training includes cpr/First aid, child abuse prevention, and obtaining an ece short certificate or equivalent credits.
