Youth Care Worker

The youth care worker is primarily responsible for the daily guidance and supervision of clients, assisting them in achieving goals outlined in their individual service plans while maintaining a trauma-Responsive culture.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess either a high school/Ged with two years of direct service experience with children/Families or an associate's/Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science field. Essential requirements include physical ability for emergency interventions, strong communication skills, and the ability to display christian character.
