Youth Care Worker (Live in)

The youth care worker is primarily responsible for the daily guidance and supervision of clients at all times, assisting them in achieving goals outlined in their individual service plans. Key duties include documentation, medication administration, meal preparation, leading group meetings, and responding appropriately to crisis situations.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess either a high school/Ged with two years of direct service experience with children/Families, or an associate's/Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science field. Essential requirements include the physical ability to perform duties including physical control positions, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow structured routines.
