Youth Care Worker

The youth care worker is responsible for the daily guidance and supervision of clients, assisting them in achieving goals outlined in their individual service plans while maintaining a trauma-Responsive culture using sanctuary practice tools. Primary duties include constant client monitoring, medication administration, preparing meals, leading group meetings, and responding appropriately to crises using safety interventions.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess either a high school/Ged with two years of direct service experience with children/Families, or an associate's/Bachelor's degree or higher in a behavioral or social science field. Essential requirements include physical ability to perform emergency safety interventions, strong communication skills, the ability to follow routines, and demonstrating a christian character.
