Infant Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment by assisting with lesson implementation, engaging children in activities, and ensuring constant supervision and care. This role involves building positive relationships with children and families while strictly adhering to all safety protocols, program guidelines, and licensing regulations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have one year of experience working with young children in organized group activities, verified by a positive reference. Required abilities include understanding developmental milestones, knowledge of early childhood principles, familiarity with curriculum planning, and the physical capacity to manage classroom activities and lift up to 35 pounds.
