Core responsibilities
The lead preschool teacher will interact with and build relationships with students, developing and implementing lesson plans to promote their emotional, social, physical, and intellectual growth. Responsibilities also include collaborating on special interest clubs, supervising classrooms, monitoring child development, communicating progress with parents, and leading various activities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a teaching degree or be close to completion, or hold a cda certification, along with at least one year of experience in a childcare center and meeting lead teacher qualifications by minnesota rule 3. The ideal applicant should have an outgoing personality, a passion for teaching, and strong communication skills.
