Swim Instructor (Experience Required)

The instructor will teach weekly swim lessons, focusing on life-Saving water safety skills while creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents. This active role involves cheering on student milestones and maintaining safety as the top priority for everyone in and around the pool.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of formal workplace experience working with children in a customer-Facing role, along with 1-2 years of experience leading or training others in a structured team setting. A love for working with kids, reliability, safety-Mindedness, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.
