The residential advisor is responsible for paraprofessional student support, ensuring orderly dormitory operations, and maintaining a safe and secure 24/7 environment through direct supervision and activity management. Duties include supervising clean-Up, assisting students with problems, conducting meetings, communicating with staff, and directing dormitory programs.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate's degree in a human services field is preferred. Candidates must possess proficiency in microsoft office applications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with at least one year of experience working with youth.
