Talent Development Specialist

The specialist will design and lead engaging learning programs, both in-Person and virtually, tailored to diverse employee needs to foster professional growth and continuous improvement. Key duties include managing the learning experience platform (Lxp), ensuring content relevance, tracking participation, and partnering with managers to explore innovative learning methods.

Candidates must possess at least 4 years of experience in training, instructional delivery, or education, along with a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and an associate's degree is required, though a bachelor's is preferred. Experience with lxps, lmss, or e-Learning platforms is preferred, and atd certifications are a plus.
