Physical therapist

The physical therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. They also participate in activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within the rehabilitation services department.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of clinical therapist experience and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. A wisconsin state license as a physical therapist is required, along with basic life support certification within three months of hire.
