Core responsibilities
The teacher will be responsible for delivering individualized education by implementing a high-Quality, differentiated curriculum tailored to each student's iep. Key duties include utilizing assistive technology, collaborating with staff and families, and providing guidance to classroom aides and nurses.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a ba/Bs degree or higher in special education or early childhood education and hold the required new jersey certification as a teacher of students with disabilities or teacher of the handicapped. A minimum of two years of teaching experience with students with disabilities is preferred, and all applicants must pass mandatory background checks and drug testing.
