1 on 1 Aide/ Paraprofessional (Pillar Elementary School)

The aide assists teachers in planning and executing educational programs, including daily routines, academics, and therapy groups, while fostering student independence and socialization. Responsibilities also involve supporting students with daily living skills, adapting materials, managing behavior according to guidelines, and assisting with transportation supervision.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, college coursework, or eligibility for a substitute certificate, with previous experience working with children with special needs being preferred. Applicants must also successfully pass mandatory pre-Employment checks including criminal background checks, drug testing, and registry checks.
