Provide instructional and individual support to special education students in accordance with their Individual Education Programs (IEP). Assist with classroom management, behavioral shaping, and the implementation of social-emotional learning curricula.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The opportunity (Position overview)
As a Care Team- Student Support member for an iLEAD California, reporting to the School Director and under the guidance and direction of the Director of Student Support, the Care Team - Student Support Aide is responsible for providing instructional assistance to special education students and in some cases providing individual support.
