The residential advisor provides daily supervision and assistance to students regarding room assignments, hygiene, activities, and transportation, while also performing documented safety checks of dormitories.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience in education or a similar field, along with a valid driver's license.
