Resident Advisor, Overnight (11:30pm-8:00am)

The resident advisor is responsible for creating a comfortable, safe, and supportive atmosphere for young adult residents (Ages 16-24) in student housing while conducting dormitory operations according to policy. Duties include daily supervision, informal counseling, documenting student records, facilitating life skills groups, and ensuring the safety and security of the dorm and its perimeter.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience in education or a similar field, along with a valid driver's license and adherence to company core values. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor of arts or science degree in a behavioral health field and one year of relevant experience.
