Training Specialist

The training specialist develops, implements, delivers, and assesses training programs primarily supporting reimbursement, order management, patient services, and cross-Functional operations teams. This role involves translating complex operational workflows, policies, and system processes into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences for various internal teams.

A bachelor's degree in communications, training and development, or educational leadership, or equivalent experience, is required, along with at least two years of experience in a healthcare/Medical device operational role or a dedicated training/Coaching role. Candidates must possess strong skills in process documentation, workflow management, facilitation, and translating complex processes into actionable instruction.
