Childcare Float - Bilingual Spanish/English [Windom]

The childcare float assists with smooth center operations by covering breaks, absences, and openings across all classrooms, handling opening/Closing duties, cleaning, kitchen assistance, and managing daily routines. This role requires quickly adapting to the unique needs of each classroom while fostering a nurturing and engaging environment.

Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and possess strong communication skills. A certificate of completion for pediatric first aid and cpr training is required within 90 days of hire, along with the ability to adhere to safety standards and complete annual required training.
