Core responsibilities
Post-Master's fellows provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients under direct supervision, typically carrying an active caseload of 12–18 clients built gradually over the first months. Training activities are structured around developmental stage and learning goals, including 8 hours of monthly supervision, monthly seminars, weekly didactic seminars, and monthly case consultation.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a relevant mental health field from a regionally accredited program and have successfully completed a clinically focused master's-Level practicum or internship where individual psychotherapy was the primary activity. Candidates must declare a licensure track (Licsw, lmft, or lpcc in minnesota) and have completed at least 9-12 months of clinic-Based formation prior to the start date.
