The teacher is responsible for the overall daily operation of the classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of young children (6 weeks to 5 years). This includes implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with creative curriculum and national/State standards.

Candidates must meet state/Local licensing education requirements, ideally holding an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, along with a minimum of one year of professional teaching experience. Physical requirements include passing a physical exam, maintaining alertness, and frequently lifting/Carrying children weighing 10-40 pounds.
