About the Role

As a BCBA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health
