This hybrid role blends meaningful in-center client work with in- home client work along with remote flexibility. What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration This isn’t just a position—it’s an opportunity to grow professionally, support families in meaningful ways, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking ABA team that truly values flexibility and quality care.
