Treetop ABA is expanding our presence in Albuquerque, and we’re seeking a passionate Full Time BCBA to support children and families where progress happens every day—at home and in the community. This hybrid role blends meaningful in-center client work with in- home client work along with remote flexibility. What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration This isn’t just a position—it’s an opportunity to grow professionally, support families in meaningful ways, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking ABA team that truly values flexibility and quality care. What You’ll Bring Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit
