Before School Program Leader: Part-Time, South LA 90047

The program leader will assist in planning and implementing daily enrichment programs focusing on academic, cultural, and recreational activities under the direction of a program coordinator. Responsibilities include actively supervising students to ensure a safe environment, maintaining required student-To-Staff ratios, and communicating program progress and student needs to supervisors and guardians.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged along with further education (Associate's degree or two years of college), and have experience working with k-12 students in youth settings. Applicants must also pass a criminal record clearance via fingerprinting, clear a tb test, and demonstrate the physical ability to lead activities.
