Adult Education Instructor - Full-time

The instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and delivering student-Centered lessons covering core subjects like reading, math, science, and writing, while also administering assessments and tracking student progress toward goals. Key duties include participating in professional learning communities, submitting outcome reports, and assisting with departmental operations such as intake and orientation.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field, along with at least one year of teaching experience or training, and the ability to obtain an ivp fingerprint clearance card. Preferred qualifications include a tesol/Adult education degree or certification and two years of experience teaching esl or ged prep to adults.
