Preschool Teacher

The lead preschool teacher is responsible for implementing the aea curriculum and engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities within a nurturing classroom environment. Key duties include planning lessons, conducting child assessments, communicating growth with parents, and maintaining classroom safety and order.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a cda or higher certification in early childhood education, or 45 hours of relevant training. Required attributes include classroom teaching experience in an accredited facility, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and high levels of professionalism and dependability.
